HeartLink

HeartLink is a student-led initiative dedicated to supporting hospitalized teens by providing connection, comfort, and a sense of normalcy during challenging times. Through peer-based communication, outreach programs, and advocacy efforts, we aim to reduce isolation and create meaningful emotional support systems.

Our initiatives include developing connection-based programs, organizing care packages, amplifying patient voices through storytelling, and building partnerships with hospitals and communities.

As HeartLink grows, we are committed to expanding our impact globally by increasing access to resources, supporting underserved regions, and contributing to long-term improvements in patient care and support systems.
